25 Years in the Room Where Transformation Happens

Before becoming a coach, I spent 25 years leading technology and digital transformation inside organizations including Accenture, PwC, AT&T, and DIRECTV. I've sat in the rooms where transformation strategies are set, where pilots stall, where launches go live at 2am, where good technology fails because the organization wasn't ready for it... and where leaders rise to meet the moment.

That experience also includes leading the cultural integration of nine acquired businesses into Creative Artists Agency, bridging the gap between how successful, independent companies had always operated and how they needed to operate inside a much larger organization. It meant running the difficult, person-by-person conversations that determine whether a transformation actually takes hold, or quietly fails after the announcement.

As an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I now work with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Technology, CHROs, and Heads of People navigating AI and digital transformation while their own roles, teams, and decision-making are being reshaped in real time.
